COmmon qUESTIONs:

If you find yourself still having questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

  • Your first visit (and once a year) is always a full chiropractic exam which includes taking a thorough health history, performing various orthopedic and neurological exams to assess your baseline and deciding on a treatment plan that feels like a good fit according to exam results. I will make recommendations based on exam findings and together we will figure out what might work best for you going forward.

After any needed therapies, I will assess the motion and restrictions within the spine and extremities, do some light muscle work and then move into adjustments. Ultimately, you are in charge of your care in the clinic. I will make recommendations and if at any point you feel uncomfortable or want any part of the treatment to stop, you are always fully empowered to let me know and I will work with you to find a way to adjust and treat that is suitable and comfortable for you.

You should allow about an hour for the first treatment, although it typically takes less time. Every visit moving forward will be about 10-15 minutes and will consist of any elective therapies as well as a much shorter spinal exam and adjustment

  • Unfortunately Good Medicine Chiropractic + Acupuncture is currently not taking insurance. You are welcome to utilize your HSA or pay out of pocket for treatments. See below for financial accessibility

  • We know acupuncture and chiropractic care can seem out of reach financially, particularly without the use of insurance. If you feel that finances are restricting you from getting care, please let us know and we are committed to finding a way to make it work for you. This may include filling out brief paperwork regarding financial hardship or organizing payments into a package to have more flexibility.

If you have a bit more financial freedom, we encourage you to consider contributing additional payment at the end of your treatment so that the next patient coming in may get their care for free or at a more accessible price. I never want financial hardship to be the reason you do not receive care.

  • GMCA does not currently have an x-ray suite. If any imaging is warranted, I will happily refer you out and will review the imaging results with you once they are complete

  • Currently, Dr. Hannah is still in the process of taking the acupuncture board exams. Once all exams are taken and the licensing process is complete, acupuncture will become available.
